The “table d’hôtes” favours local products of quality, organically grown (as much as we can) or at least from sustainable agriculture.
“Homemade” is the number one rule, except for the bread and pastries.
To be sure we always offer you local and season’s products, you have to book for the “tables d’hôtes” (at least 48H in advance). Send me an email so we can find a date that suits you! At this occasion, do not hesitate to tell me what you like or dislike, or your possible food allergies or intolerances.
